Average stay. Some issues surfaced
ineffective air conditioning rusting machinery
My room's air conditioning was not effective. It struggled to maintain a cool temperature. The gym was also disappointing. The equipment was old. Many machines were rusting, affecting their functionality. There was a distinct lack of proper maintenance throughout the gym.

welcome drink helpful staff
the check-in process included a welcome drink and very helpful staff. our room provided fine views of the pools and the sea. the hotel was spotlessly clean. the food was magnificent (the albatross restaurant was my favorite) each day.

Mixed feelings about my stay
faulty fan dirty towels
The hotel is near the beach, a short walk away. I enjoyed the convenience of that.
I found some issues that affected my experience. The bathroom fan did not work. It left a damp smell. The towels provided also had marks and hair. I reported this issue to reception.

amazing hotel with perfect location
lovely beach clean grounds amazing staff varied food
the hotel location is amazing. It is near a lovely beach. the grounds are very clean. the staff in the lobby bar are amazing, especially those in the restaurant. the hotel offers a lot of different food choices.
i found that the entertainment at night could be improved a little. the seating is always available, but the entertainment itself needs some enhancement.
